1. You will receive an email from me with all the preliminary info and questions that I have for you (I need this to make sure this to design your individualized program)!
2. Once that info has been returned (along with your waiver), I will design your program and send you a link to activate your app so that you can get started right away!!

If you are serious about putting yourself and your fitness goals first, then YES, you can do this!
You get the benefit of a structured program with the flexibility you need to move the workouts around to fit YOUR schedule.
You'll get access to the app as soon as your program has been designed and you can begin right away! All online program is, subscription based. So as long as you keep your subscription active, you will continue getting new weekly/monthly workouts, and have direct access to me!
Workouts will be uploaded to your personalized app. All exercises have easy-to-follow video instruction. You can track your progress within the app - I will also see this ;)
You have access to Direct Message me 24/7 through the app
You will have access to the program and the app for as long as you keep your subscription active.
I am 100% confident in the quality of my programming. However, there is no minimum commitment and you can cancel your monthly subscription at ANY TIME. To cancel, notice must be given a minimum 5 business days before your next payment is processed.
